Dr. Namrata has sixteen years of experience as consulting Ayurved ( Herbal Medicine) Physician, Panchakarma Therapist and Yoga Practitioner.

She is a New Zealand Ayurveda Association ( NZAA ) Registered Ayurveda Practitioner.

Her practice has proven results of Panchakarma Therapies like Massage, Fomentation and Enema treatments.

Our History

Dr. Namrata has excellent understanding of herbal medicine formulations for effective treatment in various disorders and strives for improving quality of life of patients through diet and exercise routines and minimal usage of medicines.

She has unique expertise in Diabetes research and result oriented diabetic treatments and is also certified professional in Sports Training sector with in-depth knowledge of sports psychology, nutrition and exercise prescription.
